1 QUOTE AND PAYMENT
Our professional team travels to your workplace to sort and assess with you each type of catalytic converter in your possession. We then prepare a quote based on current stock market prices for metals. You receive a fair price for your catalytic converters. Payment is made on the same day as the pickup!
2 PREPARATION FOR ANALYSIS
Once the catalytic converters have been collected by our team, we identify each batch for each recycling centre. We subsequently proceed with decanning the catalytic converters to extract their ceramic content. Once extracted, the ceramic content goes through our sampling system, which consists in granulating, mixing, and taking a final sample for spectrometry analysis to determine the metal content of each batch. This way, we make sure that each customer gets the full price after refining. Our team stands out for its transparency, honesty, and availability throughout the process.

3 REFINING AND FINAL REPORT
Once they’re analyzed and we know their value, the batches are sent for refining to our business partner to obtain the final result. It’s at this stage that the process ends and you receive your cash surplus!

Grinding
The ceramic extracted from each catalytic converter is ground until it reaches the desired size. It is then mixed so the content is perfectly homogeneous.
Sample preparation
A technician then meticulously prepares the samples in our state-of-the-art lab.
Fluorescence spectrometry analysis
Using our spectrometer, we take a reading of your precious metals allowing us to know their true value.
Refining
Following the refining of your catalytic converters, our team receives a complete report regarding the number of parts per million (ppm) for each precious metal obtained by one of our refining partners.
